2023 has been a year filled with dramatic changes, suspenseful moments, heart-racing experiences, and exhilarating adventures.

It’s been tough, demanding, emotionally intense, fulfilling, and enlightening.

Given our business vertical, our tagline has always been: bringing ROI home.But this time, we’re not bringing ROI home. We are spreading kindness.

In 2022, I made the personal and professional decision to move to Asia. Our expansion led us to establish new branches in Vietnam and Singapore.

This relocation allowed me to explore and connect with my origins.
I deliberately chose to avoid the word hometown. As a third-culture kid, the concept of ‘home’ has always been complex for me. I’ve never fully identified with being Czech or Vietnamese, nor have I felt completely at ease in any one culture.

Traveling across Asia Pacific, I’ve encountered the region’s highs and lows.
While I’m still searching for my ‘home’, I’ve been fortunate to find my role in society – a role centered around responsibility and giving back, making this world a better place.

I’ve come to realize that there are pursuits far more significant than business. I’ve met people with stories worthy of a Netflix series and experienced profound emotional moments. These experiences have deeply affected me.

Recognizing my own fortune, I’ve asked myself: what’s the point if I’m not giving back?

It is with immense pride that I announce TUCMEDIA’s collaboration with NUÔI EM, a charitable initiative aiding impoverished children in rural areas with food and education.

CURRENT STATUS

We've allocated a substantial portion of our 2023 profits to fully support 3 wonderful children, providing them with sustenance and education.

The goal is to have 100,000 kids adopted worldwide
We’re ensuring these children receive two meals daily and covering their school fees and related costs. Additionally, our support extends to the NGO for building more educational facilities.
This is not about flexing. This is an opportunity for me to express my gratitude: from the bottom of my heart, on behalf of the whole company, thank you to every single client, partner, and colleague for making this possible.
